Hye Fashion In-Store Return Policy
Hye Fashion will offer an exchange or store credit for the amount paid for merchandise being returned (plus tax paid) provided that:
- Returned items arrive back at Hye Fashion within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase; and
- Returned items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached; and
- Returned items are accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- Store credit does not expire.
- All items purchased at a discount are final sale.
Hye Fashion Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Edmonton, AB, Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost. Once your order ships you will be provided with a Canada Post Tracking Number.
- You may request an alternative shipping carrier or faster shipping; however you will be responsible for all additional shipping and handling costs.
- We strive to have every order shipped from our warehouse within two business days of when an order is placed. Normally customers receive their orders within 10 business days, or sooner, of when the order was placed.
- When merchandise is exchanged, Hye Fashion will ship the replacement, regular-priced goods free of charge! However the customer is still responsible for all costs associated with shipping merchandise back to Hye Fashion.
- When merchandise is exchanged and the original shipping was free, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping replacement merchandise to them.
