Hye Fashion is seeking a Manager of Store Operations & Community Engagement to lead our incredible Team! The perfect candidate is passionate about fashion & energized by our brand. They possess natural leadership skills & are committed to inspiring others in a retail setting. They are innovators & are continually striving to improve. They have a refined sense of taste & discerning eye for fashion. They are enthused by real results & truly believe sales are a natural consequence of establishing genuine connections with people.

As our Manager of Store Operations & Community Engagement you will:

  • Lead by example by living our Core Values.

  • Be an independent, critical thinker with the ability to re-prioritize effectively & see all tasks to completion. Communicate openly & honestly.

  • Be the face of Hye Fashion in-store & on social media! Be innately stylish & professional.

  • Establish genuine relationships with our colleagues & valued Clients by naturally connecting with each person individually. Provide the ultimate shopping experience for our Clients, whether in-person, online or over the phone. Teach our Clients how to dress to make themselves look & feel amazing. Nurture relationships with our valued Clients by personally reaching out with regular phone calls & the occasional thoughtful, handwritten note. Quickly, professionally & reasonably resolve any Client concerns that arise.

  • Meet & exceed sales goals.

  • Manage our incredible Team of talented individuals! Continue using & improving our established protocols for scheduling; coach all esteemed Team members in a positive, effective way; address performance concerns in a constructive, efficient, timely fashion. Take the lead on hiring additional Team members when needed. Come up with unique, fun monthly incentives that align with store goals & motivate our Team to achieve goals.

  • Communicate goals & progress weekly or more often to our Team members & give direction on how to best achieve store goals.

  • Take pride in merchandising our store so displays & windows are unique, fresh, clean, inviting & support marketing activities.

  • Assist with buying.

  • Create & implement unique & fun promotions (based on our established Merchandise Plan) that drive traffic into the store & achieve store sales targets.

  • Fully manage all social media channels (FB & IG), digital ads (Google, social media) & email marketing to support in-store promotions & achieve store targets. Monitor all marketing analytics & modify strategies as needed to maximize performance & ROI.

  • Maintain & update the store website.

  • Independently keep up to date on new developments in social media & marketing via webinars, podcasts & other avenues.

  • Ensure congruent marketing across all channels - website, social media, email, in-store displays, signage & windows.

  • Maintain regular communication on day-to-day store operations & plan marketing strategies with our Owner.

  • Issue & track loyalty program rewards. Update company manuals, procedures & documents as needed.
